2023 ORDINARY GENERAL ASSEMBLY MEETING

İZBAŞ İzmir Free Zone Founding and Operating Joint Stock Company 2023 Ordinary General Assembly Meeting, with the participation of our partners and stakeholders it was held at İZBAŞ Conference Hall.

İZBAŞ Financial Advisor Prof. Dr. Keramettin Tezcan's at the General Assembly where he was the Chairman of the Council our company's 2023 Activity Report and the acquittal of our Board Members were accepted unanimously.

At our General Assembly, distributing 20 percent of the net profit of our company as a result of its 2023 activities as dividends to our partners was among the decisions adopted by majority vote.

In the General Assembly addressing our partners, our Chairman of the Board Eyüp Sevimli, said all business results for the 2023 calendar year, activities carried out and planned to be carried out, financial view with all transparency stated that they submitted it to the information of the partners.
